Hi there! My name is Natoya Jones, and I’m the Clinical Director and Co-Founder of Shining Starr. I’ve been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for over seven years, supporting children and adolescents ages 2 to 20 across a variety of settings—including in-home, schools, residential programs, and psychiatric treatment facilities.

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) that holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Development, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. My passion lies in helping children reach their fullest potential, and there is nothing more rewarding than witnessing their growth and progress firsthand.

While most of my professional background centers around supporting individuals with Autism, I also have experience working with at-risk youth and children with a range of behavioral disorders. Shining Starr was founded with the mission to provide high-quality ABA therapy to every child who can benefit from it—because every child deserves the opportunity to thrive.

Hi! My name is Bianca Jones, and I’m the Director of Operations and Co-Founder of Shining Starr. I have a educational and career background in Criminal Justice; working with both juveniles and adults.

My background in the justice system gave me firsthand insight into just how vital it is to guide young people toward positive and productive paths in life. That understanding helped to inspire the creation of Shining Starr—a company built to provide a supportive, nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and reach their full potential.

As the Director of Operations, I primarily work behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly, but I’m always ready to step in wherever I’m needed. My mission is to cultivate a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous growth—while making a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of the children and families we serve.
