Meet Your Behavior Analyst

Hi there! My name is Natoya Jones and I am the Clinical Director and Co-Founder of Shining Starr. I have been in the field of ABA for 7 years and during that time I have worked with a wide range of children and adolescents ranging from ages 2-20. I have also worked in various settings such as in home, school, residential, and a psychiatric treatment facility. 

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and I am also a Licensed Behavior Analyst with the Board of Medicine for the state of Virginia. I hold a Masters of Science degree in Psychology with a specialization of Children and Adolescent Development. I also hold a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. I truly enjoy working in this field and helping a child reach their fullest potential. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the progress that a child has made.

While majority of my professional experience has been focused around Autism, I also have experience with at-risk youth and other behavior disorders. Shining Starr was created to provide ABA therapy to every child that could benefit.
