Natural Environment Teaching (NET) is a type of teaching in which ABA interventions are implemented in the child's natural environment doing normal and every day things. This type of teaching will allow for the child to generalize their skills sets in various environments across various people.
Skill Acquisitions are apart of the child's treatment plan that focus on teaching new skills or functional alternative skills to the child. Examples include but not limited to; self-care skills, motor and/or social skills, These acquisitions are individualized to the child.
Parent Training allows for the BCBA and parent to discuss ABA principles, interventions, and collaboration strategies to ensure that the child is generalizing their skill sets across everyone involved in the child's life.
